Hi, Im Megan Honan. Life-long learner, mom, & creative doer.

Turning ideas, challenges, and curiosity into actionable solutions. My curiosity and hands on approach have guided me through life, work, and the many challenges that come with building organizations that truly serve people. Over the years, I’ve discovered that the heart of any successful initiative isn’t just systems or plans. it’s the people who bring those plans to life.

My focus is creating structures, frameworks, and workflows that elevate individuals, align teams, and turn vision into tangible results.

Building Systems That Work for People

At Pivot, I work with nonprofits, businesses, and communities to build environments where ideas, teams, and processes coexist seamlessly. I’ve developed a set of guiding frameworks, tools refined through years of observation, experimentation, and real-world problem solving that help organizations operate with clarity, consistency, and intention.

These frameworks aren’t off the shelf solutions; they are tailored systems designed to meet each organization where it is, reflect its mission, and scale with its ambitions. I believe that strong structures unlock human potential. When workflows are clear, roles are defined, and communication is intentional, teams feel supported, confident, and empowered to do their best work.

My work is about putting the foundation first: creating a space where people feel valued, heard, and able to thrive alongside the organization’s goals.

Operational improvements don’t just increase efficiency, they foster collaboration, respect, and shared ownership.

Equity, Inclusion, and Intentionality

Equity, inclusion, and intentionality are central to my approach. I serve on the Board of Directors for Washington Vocational Services, supporting employment and independence for individuals with disabilities. My experience there has shaped how I think about designing systems that are not only effective but accessible, fair, and adaptable. Every strategy I create is built to empower individuals while strengthening the outcomes of the organization as a whole. I’m deeply grateful to support Washington Vocational Services, supporting their vision and learning from their dedication every day.

Creativity, Curiosity, and Hands-On Learning

Beyond professional work, my life is full of exploration and hands on creativity. Painting, gardening, tinkering, and engaging in projects with my children fuel my imagination and inspire the ways I design systems. These experiences remind me daily that creativity, curiosity, and care are as essential to operational success as any plan or process.

I see patterns in challenges, opportunities in constraints, and solutions in collaboration.

Connecting People, Purpose, and Progress

My approach is built on a simple principle: when people are supported, aligned, and empowered, the work they do becomes meaningful, impactful, and sustainable. At Pivot, I help organizations connect people, purpose, and progress building systems that allow creativity, collaboration, and human potential to shine.

Every workflow, structure, and framework is designed to be a living system.

I see Pivot as a bridge between possibility and reality. Whether helping a nonprofit expand its programs, a business align its teams, or a community launch an initiative that touches lives, my work brings clarity to complexity and support to those who make the mission happen.

Adaptable, scalable, and deeply human centered.

A Vision for Thriving Organizations

Doing good and doing well are not separate, they are intertwined, and they can thrive together when the right systems put people first.
My vision is simple: to craft spaces where organizations, teams, and communities can flourish, where strategy meets heart, and where every process, framework, and workflow serves the people at the center.

That’s the Pivot

Thoughtful. People forward & built to last.
